Standard Returns & Exchanges Procedure
Warranty.You may return or exchange your order within 30 days after it has been delivered to your address (according to the tracking information) for a refund or replacement.
Return fee.We are unable to cover the shipping costs to return or exchange your package, which means you should pay for the return shipping and it is the responsibility of you to make the return shipping safe and sound back to us.
We will allow you to keep your item(s) and offer you a partial refund if the item you receive damaged but not affect the use, which means you get more value by keeping your order, while saving yourself from the extra hassle of going to the post office and waiting in a super long line to pay out of your own pocket for shipping and restocking fees.
Here's how it all works:
*First, please send us an email by providing your order information, order number, name and email included. Then if you are approval for the return, we will offer you a return address and you can return the items.
*After we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process a refund within 7 working days.
Reminder: Whether you request a refund or replacement, the original shipping costs are not refundable.
What if the product I received was defective?
If the item(s) you received were defective, please contact us at [email protected] and we will either issue a refund of the total amount, or a free replacement of the same item.
What is your cancellation policy?
We allow up to 12 hours from when the order has been placed in order to request a cancellation.
Please understand that we will not be able to cancel your order any time beyond this time frame as we do our best to process and ship out items as fast as possible.
What should I do if the tracking page shows my item was delivered, but I never receive it?
We are so sorry for the trouble!
We always recommend checking around your property or with neighbors to ensure your package was not misplaced.
If after checking and you were unable to recover your packages, please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number.
Please contact us at [email protected] if you need further assistance on this matter and we will provide the best solution that we can.
Often times we will be able to resend the package if it was returned to our warehouse due to an error on the mailing address, or if the mailman was unable to deliver the package properly.
If the package is still lost despite contacting your local post office and not having received your package in our warehouse, then we may also provide another replacement to be sent out to your location at a reduced cost.
